Winter Motivation

Why is it so hard to get motivated during the winter?  In the summer we're go go go, with enthusiasm, but as winter hits, the colder days, evenings, it gets darker earlier, it is, it is tough getting motivated or even getting ready for the gym. 

So i was chatting with a client of mine today,  and we thought, if you can put aside just 10 minutes, 20 minutes a day, for you, in the morning, during the day, or evening, to put you first, you can get such a good workout in, regardless of the darker days. 

Just 10-20 minutes of exercise can boost our mood and feel great this winter, so set those alarms and give yourself a little time before the household wakes up, workout and feel great about yourself!
