WHY YOUR MENTAL HEALTH MATTERS

Your Mental Health matters more than you think......... This was a picture (i know its topless sorry) of me after working out, feeling great, endorphins pumping, more confident, but before the workout sometimes we try and convince ourselves we'll workout tomorrow, or make better food choices tomorrow, but the benefits of exercise to our Mental Health is so important today.

 

With the rise of depression, loneliness and anxiety, we're in a world of suffer and pain, from the youths to middle aged people, but the incredible feeling of a workout, wether it be a nice walk, a jog with a friend, a strength session or yoga, it empowers us and we build confidence, we feel great about ourselves, less anxious and feeling a whole lot better. 

 

If your reading this and sometimes you feel low or depressed, the best thing we can do is to put those trainers on and move the body, get that blood flowing around, you'll soon feel great, and then we can make it a habit, a good habit we can incorporate into our daily lives.
