WHY REST DAYS ARE SO BENEFICIAL!

As the world gets faster and we want want results now from the hours we put into training, we often (and I've done it too) forget or neglect resting for a day in between training days. 

When we exercise, we're demanding our bodies to change, physically, by ripping those muscles and asking them to shape up, to become stronger, which is great,  but this happens when we take a day out of training to recover, recharge our batteries, ready for our next workout!

Wether its a weight loss journey or simply building muscle, both apply, in fact when we sleep, thats when the the transformation is happening for us, the resting period, so exercise but listen to the body when it asks for rest, it can sometimes be the best thing we can do, especially when we. want results from our training.
