My 3 tips for getting leaner this summer

Summers approaching which means more and more of us will be showing a little more flesh, so I've got 3 tips to help you lean up a little and look amazing this summer!

1. Eat more protein, it builds lean muscle tissue and burns fat. The more protein we eat in our daily diet the more calorie we burn at rest too, how goods that. 30g protein per meal is a good go to. 

2. Adopt a good weights program, lifting weights will help build muscle and over, wether its a push pull or upper then lower workouts, dumbbells will be your best friends. 

3. Resting up, its proven that sleep repairs our muscles and helps build it.
