Research shows that as we get older, lifting weights 3 -4 times per week can prolong our lives, helping us live longer and much more healthier. Wether its bodyweight training or simply lifting a few dumbbells, getting our heart rate up is such a powerful and healthy habit to do, we burn more calories at rest, build lean healthy muscle tissue, and sleep a lot better too.
