Carbs are like fuel for the body

I only say this because i love my porridge, carbohydrates are like fuel for the body, its energy the body wants and needs to function, to exercise, to move. With all of these diets these days, low carb, zero carb, unfortunately we cant sustain that, we'll end up craving foods and snacks to pick our sugar levels up again, so carbs...... wether thats porridge, sweet potatoes or simply white rice, there all good nutrients we need, macros we need, and look at this bowl of porridge.... would you tuck into this...?
